Description
Home Farmhouse, now a house, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with wooden lintels and features a plain-tile roof with rebuilt brick gable stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys plus an attic high. The front has four windows, with tall windows on the first floor. The ground floor includes a doorway and a two-light casement in the middle section, a three-light casement to the left, and a two-light casement to the right, which is accompanied by a rectangular bread-oven projection. All windows have 20th-century casements, although the first-floor windows were likely originally cross windows. At the rear, there is a central gabled stair projection with a blocked window for the attic flight. The interior has not been inspected.
