Description

Laurels Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1714, as indicated by the datestone. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features wooden lintels, topped with an old plain-tile roof that has brick gable stacks. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two storeys plus an attic. The longer wing projects to the front and includes tall aligned windows across three floors in its front gable wall, along with the datestone. The shorter wing projects to the left and has similar windows. All windows have 20th-century casements. The roof includes stacks on the left gable and on a gable to the right of the front wing. The interior has not been inspected.
