Description

This is a canal bridge located approximately 300 meters southwest of Pigeons Lock, built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed squared limestone. The bridge features a depressed arch with projecting imposts and a keyblock that is connected to a surrounding dripmould. Solid parapets rise above the arch and curve outward to rectangular piers. There is a cast-iron plate on the bridge inscribed with the number "214".
