Description

The gateway located approximately 30 meters east of Water Eaton Manor House dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century, with the gates likely from the 20th century. It features gatepiers made of limestone ashlar. The square piers have moulded bases and entablatures that curve around shallow pilasters on each face. The hanging faces of the piers include projecting strips with scrolled tops, and they are topped with stone ball finials on moulded bases. The gates are made of wrought iron.
