Description
This cottage, located approximately 20 meters southeast of the Church of St. John the Baptist, dates from the late 17th century and has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched thatched roof, with stone and brick stacks at the ends. The building is designed in an L-plan and is a single storey with an attic. The elevation facing Church Lane includes a blocked doorway on the left, which has a wooden lintel, and a small inserted window to the right. The entrance is located at the rear of the cottage. The interior has not been inspected.
