Description

This is an early 18th-century barn located approximately 50 metres to the north of Manor Farmhouse. The barn is constructed of limestone rubble with a Stonesfield-slate roof. It follows a five-bay plan, with a central porch added later. The exterior features slits for ventilation in the outer bays and ends, as well as triangular vents in the gables. Full-height doors are positioned on opposing rear walls. One gable is weatherboarded, referring to the porch. The interior has a butt-purlin roof, supported by trusses incorporating ties, collars, and raking struts.
