It features a brick ridge stack set on a stone base and has a three-unit plan. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with the entrance located on the side. On the ground floor, there are two- and three-light wood-framed windows along with metal casements. The first floor includes a two-light window and two three-light metal casements, all in wood frames. The windows have wood lintels, lead cames, crown glass, and wrought-iron casement fasteners and springs. The interior has not been inspected.
