Description
Number 4 and the house abutting to the left are two houses built as one in the early 18th century. They are constructed from squared coursed ironstone and feature a steeply pitched, raised 20th-century tile roof. Each house has two units and is two storeys high, with a total of four windows across the front. There are two entrances, each with plank doors that have strap hinges, moulded wood frames, and wood lintels. The ground floor includes four 3-light metal casements with wrought-iron casement fasteners and wood lintels. The first floor has four similar windows with lead cames, and the buildings are accented with ironstone quoins.
