Description

MILCOMBE HORTON'S LANE SP4134 (East side) 9/69 Dovecote at Milcombe Hall 08/12/55 (Formerly listed as dovecote at Milcombe Hall Farm) - II Dovecote. Early C18. Coursed ironstone rubble with stone slate roof. Octagonal with entrance on east. Roof has hipped dormers and lantern. Owner states the nesting boxes exist but not the internal stair. (Buildings of England : Oxfordshire, 1974, p.705).
