Description
Manor Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that was refronted around 1830 in the Tudor style. It is constructed from regularly coursed ironstone rubble and features a Welsh slate roof with two stone copings. The building has a three-unit plan and is a single storey plus attic, with a five-window range. To the right, there is a blocked doorway with a four-centered arch, chamfered jambs, a hood mould with label stops, and a datestone from 1630. There is one window to the right and four to the left, all of which are 20th-century sashes. The attic has five similar windows and a blocked stone mullioned window with a hood mould and stop on the right gable. The 19th-century front includes two bay windows on the ground floor and sash windows with square hood moulds on the first floor. The gables are adorned with cusped vergeboards. The interior has not been inspected.
