Description

This cart shed, dating from the 19th century, is located about 20 metres south of Crowbourne Farmhouse. It is built on an earlier stone block wall and features a timber-framed structure that is partly weather-boarded and partly open, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building is single storey with a hipped design, and it has a boarded door on the side, while the front remains open. The stone wall extends beyond the hipped shed to the east for about 2 or 3 metres and curves to the south. This structure is included for its group value.
