Description

This stable or animal house, located about 30 metres west of Elphicks, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is single storey with a half-hipped roof and has a central boarded half-door in a hipped semi-dormer. To the right, there are two louvred segmentally headed openings, which may suggest it was used as a kennel or pig house. There is also a boarded half-door on the right return. This structure is included for its group value.
