Description

This barn, located about 20 metres west of Hillside Farmhouse, dates from around 1700 or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weather boarded, featuring a plain tiled roof. The right side is clad with concrete blocks, while the left side has been extended with red brick and includes lean-tos that are weather boarded and have iron roofs. The roof is half-hipped on the left side and gabled on the right, with the main posts and frame partially exposed in the outshots. The barn is included for its group value.
