Description

Nos. 1 and 2 Nevill Park form a pair of mid-19th century houses. The central three-storey portion with basement is topped by a pediment, flanked by two-storey wings. The roof is slate-covered, and the building features rusticated long and short quoins and a stringcourse. The central portion has four sashes, while the side portions each have three. The windows are set within Italianate surrounds, featuring cornices and brackets above the ground-floor windows. Doorcases have cornices, plain pilasters, and steps leading to the street. A hooded verandah with cast iron columns runs along the ground floor.
