Description
Nos. 1 and 3 West Parade are a pair of mid-19th century houses. They are built of brick, with the end bays of each house rendered. The roofs are covered with slate. Each house has two storeys and three bays. The central door features a double-order semi-circular arch, with moulded imposts and flat pilasters on either side. There are narrow tripartite sash windows, each topped with semi-circular arches and a fanlight. The central bay and the quoins project 4 ½ inches, and there is a simple box cornice along the top.
