The terrace, steps, and balustrade in front of numbers 24 and 26 on Hill Road date from the mid-19th century. A long flight of steps in the center is flanked by yellow brick pillars topped with flat stone caps. These steps lead up to a terrace that features a rendered guilloche balustrade.
