Description

TG 2208 NW HEIGHAM GROVE 14/388 (west side) 5.6.72 No. 11. (The Cedars) GV II House. Early C19. Yellow brick; hipped concrete tile roof; central brick ridge chimney and one end stack; 2 storeys; 4 first-floor windows with bays defined by brick pilasters. Half-glazed double doors to right of centre have glazing bars with margin lights. Similar French windows to all ground-floor rooms. Cast iron verandah on 3 right bays has C20 plastic roof. First-floor windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Overhanging eaves. C20 greenhouse to left.
