Description

Wellington Lodge, located at No. 82 Mount Ephraim, dates from around 1850. This building is two storeys tall with a semi-basement, finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof and a paired bracket cornice. There are three windows; the right side window bay is set back and has a round-headed window, while the other two windows are sashes with Regency blinds. A stringcourse runs along the building. The ground floor windows are adorned with cornices, console brackets, and cast iron flower guards featuring an anthemion motif. The entrance has a simple cambered doorcase and three steps leading up to the street.
