Description
The stable and coach house, located about 10 metres north of the Vine Hotel, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with hung gables and a plain tiled roof. The long elevation faces the courtyard to the southeast and consists of one storey and a loft. It features a central boarded door in a gabled semi-dormer, a lunette window to the left with a half-door, and two sets of carriage doors to the right, with the one at the far right being a later addition. The gable end facing the street has double carriage doors and a casement window above. The rear elevation, which faces North Road, has a high plinth and displays chequered red and blue brickwork. This building is included for its group value.
