Description

This is a pair of converted stable buildings located at the rear of Vine House, facing Park Lane. The buildings date to around 1614 and were later altered. The south-facing elevation is weatherboarded and two stories high. A random stone plinth is visible, along with brick quoins. The roof is covered with Welsh slate and features projecting eaves and a gutter. On the ground floor, the left side has large, 18th-century panelled coach house doors, with a covered way leading to a yard behind Vine House. A projecting brick chimney stack is on the right. A modern panelled door is centrally located, with a small casement window to the far right. The first floor has three modern casement windows. A modern lean-to garage addition is situated on the right. The buildings form a group with Vine House, its garden wall, and railings.
