The descriptive notes should be amended to read:

Early C19. Front elevation originally of wood grooved to imitate stone courses but now replaced with painted weatherboarding. 2 storeys. Hipped Welsh slate roof. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Central doorcase with rectangular fanlight and flush panelled door. Renewed door surround. The south elevation has a 3-light canted tray to ground floor. Modern extension to rear elevation and garage added to north elevation.
