Description

This is an early 19th-century building located on Pound Lane, at St Botolph’s Corner. It has a rendered elevation with a three-window facade over two storeys. The roof is covered in Welsh slate and is hipped, with flat projecting eaves and a gutter. The central entrance features a panelled door with a fanlight above, set within a flat, pilastered doorcase featuring a moulded entablature and panelled reveals. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set in moulded stucco surrounds. A modern mullioned and transomed casement window is located on the first floor to the left. To the right, modern two-storey projecting gable additions, also rendered, have been built with casement windows.
