Description
Stream Hill Cottage is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber frame, with sandstone cladding on the ground floor and tile hanging on the first floor, topped by a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has a hipped roof with a gablet and a double pitch to the left, along with a central right stack. On the first floor, there are two 2-light wooden casements and a small central casement. The ground floor has two 3-light casements and a boarded door located to the centre right, which is accessed through a gabled timbered porch that includes a clock face in the gable. There is an extension to the right made of stone and red brick, dating from the 19th and 20th centuries, which has a half-hipped roof.
