Description
Blue Gums is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber frame that is rendered, with applied half-timbering and weatherboarded return elevations. The roof is plain tiled and has a half-hipped design to the right, complete with a gablet and a stack on the left end. The house has two storeys and a garret. On the first floor, there are two three-light wooden casements, while the ground floor has one two-light and one three-light casement. A central gabled 20th-century porch with a rib and stud door is located at the front. There are lean-to outshots on both the left and right sides of the building.
