Description
Cranford Farmhouse is a house dating from the 18th century, which has been extended and had its windows altered in the late 20th century. It features a timber frame and is tile hung on a red brick base, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a hipped roof that returns on both the left and right sides, with a central stack on the left. There is a recessed hipped extension on the left side.
The front elevation includes two 3-light white aluminium casement windows on each floor, set within the original openings, and a panelled door located to the centre left, which is topped with a pediment-shaped hood supported by brackets. There is also a casement window and a panelled door on the left return, while the right return has no windows. The rear elevation features 4:3 casement windows and a left side doorcase with a flat hood on brackets, leading to a glazed door.
