Description

This is an 18th-century house, now divided into two properties, located on the east side of Butchers Lane in Mereworth. The building is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers and some rubble walling in the basement to the southwest. The west end is rendered. The roof is covered in plain tiles, with a stack on the west side and an off-centre ridge stack. The house is two storeys high with basements to the southwest, and has three windows. Casement windows are set within segment-headed surrounds. A modern door is located in the basement, and two further modern doors are positioned above in the second and third bays from the left.
