Description

This property, located on the east side of High Street in Chinnor, is a house now divided into three dwellings. It dates from the 19th century, although it likely incorporates an earlier structure. The front of the building is constructed of red brick with a roof covered in old plain tiles. Brick end stacks and a ridge stack are present, the latter situated to the left of the centre. The building is two stories high and has a three-window facade. Plank doors, each with a segmental brick head, are positioned on either side of the centre. All windows are 3-light casements. The interiors have not been inspected. The property is included on the heritage list for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
