Description
Dillamores is a house that was formerly a house and shop, likely built in the mid-17th century, with an 18th-century front and various alterations, including 19th-century windows on the front. The building is rendered, probably over brick, and has an old plain-tile roof with brick stacks at the rear. It has a complex plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, featuring a two-window range. The central entrance has a 19th-century sash door with an overlight, flanked by 19th-century bowed shop windows with glazing bars. There is a former shop name-board located between the ground and first floors. The first floor has four-pane unhorned sash windows, and there are two gabled full dormers. On the left side, there is large timber framing with rendered infill on the front range, while the rear is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings. Inside, areas of timber framing are visible.
