Description

This is an 18th-century house located on the south-east side of High Street, Riseley. The building is constructed with a timber frame and rendered with colour-washed rough cast, set beneath an old clay tile roof. It originally comprised two rooms, arranged over two storeys. The ground floor has two two-light horizontal sash windows with glazing bars. The first floor features two three-light, leaded casements. A 20th-century front door is centrally positioned. Red brick stacks are visible at both gable ends. A single-storey lean-to has been added to the rear of the house and to the south-west gable end.
