Description

Old Woodcocks is a 16th-century hall-house featuring exposed timber-framing, with some areas filled with plaster and painted brick. The building has a plain tiled hipped roof that includes a central gabled semi-dormer. It stands two storeys tall and has an extremely irregular arrangement of modern lattice casements set in wooden surrounds. To the right of the centre, there is a boarded door. The first floor has a jetty at the left-hand end, supported by dragon-posts and corner brackets.
