Description

The Gardens is a 16th-century timber-framed and plastered house, likely originally built as a hall house, with a floor added in the 17th century. The building is two stories high and features a two-window range with 20th-century casements that have leaded lights. There is a boarded door, and the roof is hipped and tiled, with a gambrel roof at the west end. Inside, the house showcases exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, joists, and an old open fireplace.
