Description

This is an early 19th-century cottage row, located on the south side of Monkton Street. The building is constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. It is two storeys high, featuring nine stacks arranged along the rear ridge. The front elevation includes eight glazing bar sash windows and two glazing bar wood casements on each floor. There are also three boarded doors positioned on the left side and two half-glazed doors on the right. A projecting hipped wing at the left end is largely a late 20th-century addition.
