Description

This early 19th-century cottage is located on the north side of Church Street, Everton. It is built of brick, originally colourwashed, and has a pantiled roof. A band runs across the first floor, and there are wooden eaves brackets. The cottage has two storeys and two bays, with one ridge stack and one gable stack. The windows are timber sashes with segmental heads. On the ground floor, an off-centre 20th-century half-glazed door is flanked by single glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. To the left is an elliptical-headed doorway with a weatherstripped door. Above, there are two 2-light glazing bar Yorkshire sashes.
