4/28 The old Malthouse outbuilding and water pump.

House, mid-C18 and early C19, and outbuilding, C19. Brick, colourwashed, with pantile roofs. Dentillated eaves at rear, 3 gable and one ridge stacks, single coped gable, 2 storeys, 6 unequal bays; entered from rear. C18 house, to right, has central C20 gabled brick and timber porch containing close- boarded door, flanked by single glazing bar sashes; above, 2 glazing bar sashes with shutters. C19 house, to left, has single bay lean-to extension to left, with a 3 light glazing bar casement and a stable door in the re-entrant angle. To right, a single glazing bar sash. Above, 2 glazing bar casements and a single glazing bar sash. C19 outbuilding, to left, brick with hipped pantile roof, one storey. L-plan, has in east end a close boarded door with segmental head. Rear elevations have irregular C19 and C20 fenestration, including 2 malthouse ventilators. Outside, C19 cast iron water pump, with gadrooned cap and finial.
