Description

Selwyn Court is a mid-19th century building of two storeys. It is stuccoed with a hipped slate roof. The left side of the building has five bays featuring mid-19th century sash windows with Venetian shutters, and a ground-floor verandah. The right side has Venetian shutters to the first-floor sash windows and modern windows on the ground floor. The extreme left portion of the building is two storeys high, stuccoed, and rusticated with a single window. Group Value: The building contributes to the group value of St Peter's.
