Description

Sydney House is a mid-19th century building located on the west side of Princes Street. It is two storeys high and finished in stucco, topped with a tiled roof. The façade features three sash windows with intact glazing bars and Venetian shutters. The entrance is marked by a simple central round-headed doorcase. Sydney House is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 31 (odd).
