Description
17 Landsdowne Road is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof with a cornice supported by brackets at the eaves. A stringcourse runs along the façade, and pilasters are positioned above and below this stringcourse. The front of the building has three sash windows that are complemented by Venetian shutters, though these windows do not have glazing bars.
