GARDEN STREET 1. 1746 (South West Side) Nos 14 and 16 TQ 5839 NE 6/187 17.12.7l. II GV 2. A Mid C19 pair, possibly by Decimus Burton. 2 storeys. The front elevation is of Tunbridge Wells ashlar, the side elevation is of rubble. Hipped slate roof. 1 sash each with glazing bars intact. Doorcase set in projecting porch. Nos 6 to 24 (even) form a group.
