Description
No 1 Calverley Park is a building from 1746, classified as a grade II* structure. It is an early 19th-century, two-storey property constructed from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone. The building features a slate roof with a bracket eaves cornice. There are three sash windows with Venetian shutters, and the west window includes three round-headed lights and a balcony below. The west window bay projects outward. Additionally, there is a small wing at the northeast corner. Nos 1 to 24 in Calverley Park form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.
