Description

Nos 9 and 10 Calverley Park are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the early 19th century from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone. They are two storeys high and feature a slate roof with an eaves cornice. Each house has three sash windows, with the end sashes set in projecting wings. The first-floor windows are adorned with iron balconettes, and there are hooded verandahs at the ground floor of the projecting wings. This building forms part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 24 Calverley Park, Keston Lodge, and Victoria Lodge.
