Description
No. 13 Calverley Park is an early 19th-century Regency villa. It is two storeys high and constructed from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone. The building features a slate roof with an eaves cornice and has five sash windows. In the centre, there is a canted bay with three sash windows, which is topped with a hipped roof and a hooded verandah on the ground floor. The first-floor windows are fitted with Venetian shutters. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 1-24 (consecutive), Keston Lodge, and Victoria Lodge.
