15 Calverley Park is an early 19th-century Regency villa, built in 1746. It is two storeys high and constructed from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone. The villa features a slate roof with an eaves cornice and has five sash windows, including a central bay that has a rounded roof that rises to a point.
