Description
12 Calverley Park is a Grade II* listed building dating from 1746. It is an early 19th-century structure, two storeys high, constructed from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone. The building features a slate roof with an eaves cornice and has six sash windows. At the east end, there is a canted bay projection with three sashes and a hipped roof. The west wing includes a stone verandah with obtusely-pointed arches. There are Victorian additions located behind the house, which are now known as No 12A. The properties numbered 1 to 24 consecutively form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.
