Description

21 Calverley Park is a building dating from 1746, classified as a Grade II* listed structure. It was constructed in the early 19th century using large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone. The building features a slate roof with a bracket eaves cornice and stands two storeys tall. The façade includes five sash windows adorned with Regency blinds. The ground floor projects and is highlighted by two large French windows and a recessed doorway situated between them. Nos 1 to 24 Calverley Park form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge, contributing to the area's architectural significance.
