Description

22 Calverley Park is a Grade II* listed Regency villa built in 1746. This two-storey building is constructed from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone and features a slate roof with a bracket eaves cornice. The windows are sash style, and at the south end, there is a curved bay consisting of three sashes, topped with a pediment and a hooded verandah on the ground floor. The villa is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 24 (consecutive), Keston Lodge, and Victoria Lodge.
