Description

1 and 2 Grove Hill Gardens are early 19th-century houses built in 1746. They are four storeys tall and have a stucco finish, featuring a cornice and parapet. Each house has a curved bay that extends through all floors. The elevation facing Claremont Road includes two sash windows for each house, with one window set in a projecting side wing. This side wing has a triple sash window topped with a pedimented cornice on the first floor. Nos 1 to 12 Grove Hill Gardens form a group.
