Description

These are two early 19th-century houses located on Grove Hill Gardens. They are four storeys high and built of stucco. The buildings have a cornice and parapet, with a curved bay extending through all floors of each house. The Claremont Road elevation features two sash windows for each house, and one window is set within a projecting side wing, which incorporates a triple sash window with a pedimented cornice on the first floor. Numbers 1 to 12 on Grove Hill Gardens are designated as a group.
