Description

Nos 3 and 4, Grove Hill Gardens, are a pair of early 19th-century houses. They are two storeys high and built of stucco. They feature a prominent cornice and parapet. Each house has a curved bay extending through all four floors. The front elevation facing Claremont Road has two sash windows per house, with one window set within a projecting side wing. This wing features a triple sash window on the first floor, topped with a pedimented cornice. Nos 1 to 12, which form a group, contribute to the area's character.
