Description

A pair of houses dating to about 1830, located on Grove Hill Road. The houses are two storeys high and constructed of stucco. They feature pilasters that flank the front facade. A prominent eaves cornice runs along the top. An iron balcony is positioned on the first floor and is supported by a hood resting on trellised iron columns; this balcony is itself supported by a colonnade along the ground floor. Each house has two windows. The ground and first floors retain original French windows, while the upper floors have sash windows with intact glazing bars.
