Description

Cambridge House, dating circa 1860, is an L-shaped building situated on Cambridge Gardens and Camden Hill. The Cambridge Gardens elevation is three storeys high and features stucco work, with a rusticated ground floor. It has a hipped tiled roof, three sash windows with intact glazing bars, and a central porch. The Camden Hill elevation is two storeys high and similarly stuccoed with a rusticated ground floor. It features four sash windows with intact glazing bars; those on the ground floor are set within a moulded architrave. Nos 4 and 5 have a paired doorcase with a wooden cornice above. The building has six-panelled doors, with the top two panels cut away and glazed.
